Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management. Create detailed project plans and manage the full lifecycle .
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate remote, cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Performance Reporting: Track project performance using Jira.


Requirements:

  •  2–3 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within the IT or Software Development industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana), familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
  • Mandatory fluency in Uzbek (written and spoken). Excellent command of English (C1 level).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication.
