Full eCommerce + CRM with 4-role RBAC, catalog, orders and live dashboards; SPA frontend and RESTful backend with Redis caching and Socket.IO. Sipuni AutoCall Platform — outbound campaign management

Web platform to create, launch and monitor automated outbound-call campaigns, with batch phone-number upload and live result filtering. Built the secure server-side token-proxy architecture (single source of truth) — the Sipuni admin token never reaches the browser; user auth is handled separately via JWT. Stack: Next.js 14, TypeScript, MongoDB, Tailwind CSS, JWT.

NavAI Voice Service — real-time STT/TTS orchestration

Production NestJS service with a Control-Plane REST API (auth, API keys, uploads, admin, metrics) and Data-Plane WebSocket gateways for streaming STT & TTS. Redis Pub/Sub background jobs, presigned upload scaffolding, automatic HTTPS/WSS, Swagger docs and consistent JSON response envelopes. Stack: NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Prisma, Redis, Socket.IO.
