I'm a QA engineer specializing in fintech, banking, e-commerce, crypto/Web3, and EdTech products, with 3+ years of hands-on experience and a track record of building and leading QA functions from the ground up. I build and lead QA function at a fintech ecosystem serving millions of users across Central Asia, the UAE, and global markets - owning quality across flagship payment apps, a B2B merchant platform, a global crypto application, and more. I designed end-to-end QA processes from zero: test strategy, test-case management, defect workflows, and release-readiness criteria, while mentoring junior engineers into strong, independent QA specialists. My work spans Android, iOS, Web, and backend systems - covering test strategy and design, defect lifecycle management, regression and risk-based testing, API validation, and release certification. On the automation side, I work with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium within CI/CD pipelines, and I'm actively building AI-driven and agentic testing workflows to scale coverage.
