I build engineering organizations that deliver — and I've done it at scale. 18 years in software development, the last 7 at Payme (TBC Bank Group) — Uzbekistan's largest fintech ecosystem with 10M+ users. I joined as the sole frontend developer and left as Head of Engineering, having laid the client-side architecture that carried the platform through its growth to 120+ engineers across 8 product streams. Along the way I built an IDP system for engineers — 7+ of them grew into senior and lead roles inside the company. At JooL Pay (Latvia) as Deputy CTO, I led a cross-functional team through a full M&A cycle — technical audit, architecture cleanup, Due Diligence — while cutting Time-to-Market by 30% and reducing incident detection time to under 2 minutes. Currently I design corporate AI agents for financial operations. The current one runs across a group perimeter of 6 legal entities and 50+ accounts in 11 banks: it normalizes heterogeneous bank statements without any banking API, forecasts turnover, and generates payment requests straight from chat with the operator confirming. Processing that took ~4 hours now takes 5 minutes. My rule: calculations stay deterministic, the LLM handles interface and interpretation — not the math. What drives me: finding the right balance between doing it properly and shipping it fast. I've built teams, set standards, defended budgets, and navigated stakeholder expectations — in fintech, in high-load systems, and in M&A environments.
